not a major concern, but, can an auto reply be set for all requests for renewals to be denied, with reason "patient must call first"?

Why not simply turn off renewal requests?

Hi Jon. I poked around in the inner workings of AC and couldn't find any way to turn off renewal requests. Help please.

I would suggest you contact AC about this... What I remember is that you needed to sign up to receive renewal requests. We never did so, and so we have never received one.
On the other hand, I see this in the AC help... "Renewals are automatically turned on when you activate e-Prescribing".
So I am not sure what the real story is, but I would hope that even once they are turned on, they can be turned off. Please contact AC and come back and let us know the answer.

I believe Jon is correct in that AC needs to be involved. There is no option to turn off renewal requests within AC.

Dustin from AC, in response to my question, said that this has to be turned off by AC. Cannot be toggled on/off by user. Thanks to all who took an interest
