Is there a way to manually add new pharmacies into the Rx pharmacy database in AC?

John,
If you go into ADMIN options, then select "Set e-Rx" then at the bottom left of next screen click "Account Administration" button. That will bring you to the "Electronic Prescribing Manager Page". In the middle you'll see "add locations" in blue. If you click that you can add the pharmacy information there.
That being said, I don't know if you are able to then send prescriptions there or if it alerts Newcrop to a new location?
What pharmacy are you trying to add? Because in that same window, if you click the "ADMIN" tab on the top right you can go to the "Add Pharmacy" window to search for the pharmacy.
