Is there any way I can see what a user has been opening up and changing. I am wondering if one of my employees is looking into charts she is not supposed to be looking into. I do believe there is a report that can be generated or looked at.

What you want is the audit log. On main screen, go to View...administrative options... audit log. You can filter the log by user, date, etc to find what you need. I believe nearly every touch of the program is recorded.

I'm seconding JBS. The audit log requires some skill to fully grok, but it is fairly exhaustive. We have actually used the audit log for forensic analysis in legal proceedings.

This is the precise information I wanted. User Board works! JBS is the master of the snappy come-back and pithy insight. All from the land of Body-More. (Hat-tip to finally catching the show via NetFlix)

Thank You as Well! I was just trying to remember all of this and I used the search function and terms Tracking, User, and found this thread as one of my choices.
Proof that BOTH the AC User Board as well as its Search Function work!
Thanks Guys ;-)
