On the MEDfx Scheduling Screen, double click on the patient not showing up in AC. That will bring up the "Modify Appointment" screen.
1) If there is nothing in the "Account" box within the "Modify Appointment" screen (also known as "Details" screen), click on the drop down menu within the account box and choose the account. Then follow THE DIRECTIONS BELOW.
OR
If there is already something in the "Account" box . . .
2) Make a change in the "Note" box (add a period or change a lower case letter to an upper case letter, or add a comma - make any small change). Then follow THE DIRECTIONS BELOW

Click SAVE within "Modify Appointment" screen, close, click REFRESH (choice in top menu in MEDfx).
Now, GO TO AC and Click within AC's main window and do "Control F-11" or whatever you do to move new MEDfx data info into AC. The appt should go over to AC.
