I don't know if anyone else has had to deal with this problem, but when sending superbills (batched bills)or single bills to our biller, the data entered as Billing notes doesn't show up in the software our biller uses to read the bills. This seems to occur with both bill export formats we've used (AC Preferred 1500 and iPlexus). I don't know whether the field that contains the billing notes is "non-standard", or whether it's just the software our biller uses. I've had to write some software myself to extract the billing notes from the superbills and format it for printing or PDF export.
We currently use AC 8.2.5, but it has been this way for years (since AC v1), through more than one billing service (all recommended by AC).
I wonder whether the newest AC has substantially changed the format of the bills so that this important info is in a spot where it's recognized by the importing software?
