I have a problem that when we order stuff by right clicking a patient name and doing an addendum, and you want to put an order in for the patient, it doesn't bring up any of the diag codes for that patient that are active? in older versions it did. Can this be fixed? Right now I have to retype in all the diag codes where as you used to be able to see the ones and click the ones you wanted. Where as when you just right click the name of the patient and click on orders then all the old diag codes are there and you can click the ones you are making orders for.

Ketan,
Did you make a suggestion within amazing charts under HELP, RECOMMEND IMPROVEMENTS? I agree not having the diagnosis in there and having to search for them is more work. If enough people make the suggestion, they will look into it.

This is the known glitch in the system
I had pointed this out to the technical team in Orlando in 2016
The release notes In 9 3.1 state that is still not fixed and it is on their work list and I am hopeful that it will be fixed By the next version
