Maybe I am the only one who has this as I do sports med, but in primary care you still take care of back pain and ankle sprains and all that.

SO when you put in left shoulder contusion the option is yellow because you need to be more specific with a "A,D,etc" at the end of the code for initial, sequela, etc . Every time you use this it makes you go to the other menu that pops up. Why not just freaking have all three options listed there on the main search of the pull down on assessments.

If the answer is that it can't be done, try putting in left foot pain (the yellow pops up and the three pop up right below it). if the foot one is a glich, make the rest of the become the glitch!!

It is annoying with dealing with stuff in yellow all the time and having to add another step to click on the code...some of these simple things bug the hell out of me.

i showed it to product developement or someone because tech support said not their issue...and they said well i don't know how codes are pulled but everything looks like it is supposed to look.

another thing that could be done is if I saw someone today for ankle sprain (which is a yellow code) and I put it n as the A code...the next visit it is there, I wish i could just click on the code in assessments and change it directly there!

okay done ranting.

This is very frustrating. More clicks to choose the right diagnosis. In my version of AC, after choosing the diagnosis on the second screen you have to click on the back button otherwise the second screen is there again when you need to choose another diagnosis code. Lately the second screen remains open and does not close after you choose a diagnosis. You have to "X" it out.
All the little things do add up at the end of the day.
