In our office, when a patient document is faxed to Updox, we tag it to the provider. The provider reviews it and then tags the document to be filed by our records clerk. It seems since going to version 9.2.0 (or maybe Updox did an upgrade) when our provider reviews a document that has been faxed/sent to Updox and then tags it "to-be-filed" in the patient chart, you can no longer sign the document off in Updox. Instead, it goes to the patient chart and then the provider ONCE AGAIN has to sign the document off.

This is craziness! It is a waste of the providers time to have to review the same document twice! Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you, Mindy

As far as I know that has always been the case.
Providers can go into Aministrator options and under tools can "sign off all unsigned items".
