This might be a silly question but I'll ask it anyway.

We have Attested (and passed) Meaningful Use for the last 4 years. There are no further funds to obtain. Do we still have to Attest?

I understand (at least for Medicaid providers) it is year 1 + 5 more!

Yes, you still would want to avoid the payment adjustment that is tied to providers that do not attest in 2016.
