When patients complain about Updox and not being able to sign in, the password isn't working, they are not getting the documents and/or any other problems who can they contact at Updox and how?

Thank You
Allison

I never have heard how it went for a patient to contact Updox directly, I'm curious how that works out.

RIght now I suspect they have their hands full.

I get this all the time - patients not using the Portal because they have trouble signing in.

don't know if its the patients or updox but my extremely secure solution is to open updox address book to the patient's account, reset the user name to their name all one word all lower case reset the password and then copy the whole shooting match and paste into their usual email ( through my practice gmail account)

updox paatient password reset does work and I have patients who never ever remember their password and every time they go in just reset it.

Lynn, I will try that the next time.
Thank You for that idea. Updox is different from the other portals that I have used with the other EHR's in my past. We were always given contact information to give to the patient for any problems with the portal.

Thank You all for responses.
