Has anyone else had any schedule discrepancies show up between AC and ACPM? I know that I can only use ACPM to schedule patients, as scheduling in AC doesn't carry over. However, I've had several instances when I look at the two schedules side-by-side and they don't match up. I will book an appointment in ACPM and it won't show up in AC, so at a glance it will look like there's a hole in the schedule that isn't really there.

This is a potential problem and I can only imagine the nightmare it could cause in a larger practice where the front office staff may not be looking in ACPM at all times.

Any thoughts?

Thank you for your post. Usually when an appointment booked in ACPM does not show in AC it means the patient is not mapped correctly. If you go into the patients chart in ACPM and update one of the fields (we typically recommend updating the deceased field from No to blank) it will map the patient. If this doesn't work for you please reach out to support for further assistance.

Thank you and have a great day!
