Are there any meaningful use consultants that any offices have used that they would recommend? We would greatly appreciate any recommendations.

You need to look for local IT companies which have received a grant from CMS or from state Medicaid to help docs with IT in general and MU in particular. Here in Michigan, I was able to get help from MCEITA (google them). I paid them $200 and the grant paid for another $3000 or so. MCEITA has almost literally held my hand and guided me very well through MU. They also informed me about other services I can offer and get paid for: like fluoride varnish in a Peds office.
