I am hoping that others have either had this issue and been able to figure it out, or that AC is working on a bug fix.
I need to have the ability to look at both AC and ACPM without having to switch back and forth. The easiest way to do this is with a split screen (I don't have the space or the HIPAA compliance capability to have 2 monitors on my desk). I know that when I open ACPM, I can drag it to the right side of the screen and it will automatically split. However, when I try to use the other half for AC, the window automatically re-centers itself any time I open/close a window within AC. I can't look at Imported Items or Demographics or Past visits without having to move the flipping window again!

This is driving me bonkers!!!

Does any one have any fixes for me aside from getting a second monitor?

This re-centering bug... we have been asking AC about this for years. It's one of 101 requests that went by the wayside for several years while they pursued compliance with Meaningless Use. One of the many ways government has obstructed my practice in big and unforseen ways.

The windows should be re-sizable, so you can click them to half the screen as with virtually all other programs.

Are you all on version 9.1 yet? We've addressed many of these screen setting issues on the 9.0 series...Not to say we resolved them all but we addressed those most frequently reports by users....if not please let me know via the enhancement request in AC Help...Thanks

Windows has a nifty feature where you can drag the window to the right or left side, and it pops it into a half screen. Importing .pdf files to I.I? Just take your file explorer window and pop it to one side, pop AC to the other... BUT WAIT

It doesn't work with AC. The chart re-centers itself instantly and you cannot have two windows open side by side if that includes your chart system.
I'm working with 9.1, and it STILL NEEDS to be FIXED.
Thanks

We just upgraded to version 9.2 and yes, it is still an issue. It automatically re-centers on the screen as soon as you release the button on the mouse. Quite annoying.
