I have sent messages to support regarding updating the ICD-10 database. I am running 9.2 and they said the update was pushed to all of our server computers, but that is not the case. Many eye codes in my system are still very non-specific (i.e., the only code available for nuclear cataract is H25.10). Has anyone else had issues receiving this update to the database?

I checked today and we have many other nuclear cataract codes available since the update...Please contact Support and have them ensure the service is running on your systems that pulls down the updates..if you still don't have access to what you are looking for let us know and we can have it added

I wish it did not tell you Z00.12 when you type Well child, and then make you drill down with another screen. Z00.12 is not a valid code, so just get rid of it! "Well child" should bring up Z00.121 and Z00.129, with and without abnormalities.
