I upgraded to 9.3. All updox imports are failing. Anyone else having problems? Solutions? I tried contact Updox, send a "create a support case" but last time I sent them a message was a month ago and they still have not responded... Does anyone have a better way to contact updox?

I actually got a quick response from updox. Issue is 9.3. AC working on it. FYI

The same thing happened when I upgraded to 9.2 and it took updox and AC 3 days to decide who was going to fix it. Finally updox fixed it in 3 min....I wish we could foresee the bugs, but these things happen.

Often "don't be the first penguin" is enough, but sometimes it is less predictable.
There was a recent upgrade, that every so often would lock out all users after the upgrade. Thus the reason that we often start upgrades on Friday afternoon/evening. Lots more time to deal with the random "surprises" we find.
