The Amazing Charts User Conference (ACUC) electronic brochure is finally completed.
Please check out
http://www.amazingcharts.com/acuc/
You will notice that we have increased the Category I CME hours to 12. We kept the registration fee to the promised $100; this includes daily continental breakfasts and a Family & Friends Buffet Friday evening provided by Amazing Charts.
The negotiated room rate is $179 per night for the King Suite and $268 for the Ambassador One Bedroom Suite. This may seem a bit pricey, but the conference is being held at the spectacular Chateau on the Lake in Branson Missouri and these rates represent a singnificant discount. Jon is going to wait a few days before he sends out the electronic brochure to everyone else to allow those of us on the User Board first chance for the rooms. He has done this in appreciation for the input from the User Board over the years that has assisted in the continual development of Amazing Charts. Unfortunately, we were only able to reserve a total of thirty rooms and it will be first come first serve for the Chateau rooms; however, there are dozens of other hotels, condos etc. in Branson.
Many Thanks to Jon Bertman, Brian Cotner, Bert Adams, Adam Lauer and Fred Faust for all of their efforts.
This should be an informative and enjoyable event. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
See you at the ACUC!
Best,
Jim

I just checked the Chateau registry and there are only 12 more rooms left; it is doubtful if we will be able to reserve more at our conference price.
There are many, many more hotels in Branson, but the Chateau is the nicest.

Speakers include Bert, Brian, Adam, and Fred.
Jon will give the keynote address and the AC staff will be available each afternoon for presentations and assistance.

Please let me know if you need any further info.

I paid the admin fee for Bert and I. How many people have registered thus far?

Hi Adam,
I have not checked in over a week, but, at that time, we only had twelve rooms at the Chateau remaining. Several people had requested "shoulder days" for rooms on either side of the conference to extend their vacation a few days and we were able to accommodate them. I will check early next week and give a status report at that time. Jon just recently released the mass e-mail announcement of the ACUC.
We have managed to qualify for a total of twelve hours of Category I CME. The conference is shaping up nicely and it should be a great time in a very beautiful setting.
Best,
Jim

Jim,

Just curious. Can you tell us how many people (AC users) are planning to be at Branson?

Leslie,
J.R. Johnson from the Chateau in Branson sent an e-mail today to say that we only have four more rooms left at the Chateau (two Kings Suites and two Ambassador Suites). I do not know how many people have registered for the conference, but 26 rooms at the Chateau alone have been reserved by AC users and staff for June 19, 20 and 21.
