i have had a problem setting up patient portals for 2 days.
i will receive the message box that the portal could not be formed
the transaction log showed
'unable to receive session token from updox'
any suggestions

I have had issues with updox and called GA
Documents would not cross from Updox to AC
They were on my server Friday and staff tells me it is fixed
