Hi everyone, just wondering anyone's experience with Amazing Charts and Vaccine registry interface. For past several years, literally I have been going back a forth with Amazing Charts and the New York City Registry (CIR), to get my Amazing Charts synced with the registry. Last discussion I had with the vaccine registry people they told me they are receiving the information, however, when I log in vaccine registry I do not see the updated vaccine info. Anyone have successful experience with the CIR interface with Amazing Charts, it would be really really helpful

How long did you wait before you checked the registry for the updated info. It might take a while because the interface is not directly with the available registry. Just a thought? Raj

Hi Raj, thank you for the response. I been checking on and off with different patients for 4-5 months. May I ask for your vaccine interface, how long it takes and the steps you take to export the vaccine info from Amazing Charts to registry? I spoke with AC and my registry , and it appears I am doing everything right but just wanted to make sure I am not missing any steps. Thank you Yohan
