Since I upgraded to version 9.1, I been having this error box appear every 2 or 3 days. My experience is that it most commonly occurs when trying to open the "Outbox" to check sent messages. Unfortunately, when I was logged in with tech support, we couldn't duplicate the error. Has anyone else encountered this, opening the Outbox, or otherwise?

At Jon, Try it over and over with camstudio. That will help with reproducing it, and you can then send it to support along with your .enc backup.

Have you emptied out your deleted messages, as well as updated outstanding orders? Might be worth a try...

I get same box but also error 91 but with different reason, you may want to look at my post titled "error 91" to see if applies to your situation as well.

Thanks. It hasn't happened for a while, but I'll check that.
