in the past, we have had excellent support from ac, even when calling after hours. we have been satisfied since 2008. we have gotten call backs late at night.

but, for the past 14 hours, we have had a critical database issue. we have not been able to access ac. error says "could not open the amazing charts configuration files amazing charts system setting, due to error root element missing." we have called and left numerous messages and emails, without a response.

my problem is that on the ac website, it states "we are always on call for after hours emergency support." We pay $1195 per clinician for this service. But in the fine print, "on weekends, we monitor telephone messages, for help requests of a critical nature, from 10am-6pm EST." that is not "always on call." as a physician who has been "always on call," i should know. furthermore, we are into the 10-6pm window here, and have not received any call back.
