Has this ever happened to anybody? Do you have any workarounds? The fax file doesn't download properly and we can't see the fax?

It shows up blank when I click it to "edit" it. I've already tried flipping it, saving as pdf, printing it...without luck?

Updox support says it may be related to their current issues but it doesn't seem related to me.

Yes, I have had that happen before. Click view, click clear cache a few times then hit refresh. That should work, hopefully.

Thanks Jimmie. I'm not having any luck with that trick, though.

Josue,

If that doesn't work, go to the cache folder where UPDOX is at for your user account. For example mine is:

C:\Users\martinholt.NOCRHF\.updox\cache

Delete all the files in the cache folder. I also delete all the files in the "Pages" folder: C:\Users\martinholt.NOCRHF\.updox\pages

Then exit and restart UPDOX. That usually works for me

Marty, thanks for that tip. It still wont come through. Hopefully it's a request and the sender will refax it again. Also waiting to hear back from Updox to see if there is anything else they can do.

They said to login to the web app which I had already tried without luck.

Appreciate the help though.
