Has anyone noticed that 'Automated Tasks' in Administrative options 'Run this task every day at' value changes randomly? For example, I just went into it and changed 'Database Updates' back to 6am, was at 5:41pm. 10 minutes later it was back to 6:45am. I usually set he four tasks to 6, 2, 3, and 4 am so as to not interfere with other backup tasks in the network.

I gradually became aware of the problem when AC slows down to a crawl during some days. It turns out that the Backup task was running during office hours. In retrospect it must have happened since 8.2.4, but was never diagnosed and just put up to random slowness.

I did a quick search and did not see any threads relating to this issue. Is this a bug that's been reported? Has anyone else noticed this?

clinic setting: AC 8.2.4 on domain controlled hyper-V virtual server 2012 running only AC. All time synced correctly on machines.

Had a similar problem a while back, specifically with just the Backup task. At the time, I think we were trying to include Imported Items which was causing the backup to run through midnight into the next day. AC would get confused (this is according to AC Tech Support) because the backup was starting late at night and not finishing until the next day. To fix it we moved the backup to start at 12:01 AM.

FFW to today, running 9.0, we haven't had that issue that I am aware of. To double check, even the time stamps on the backup files for the past 30 days have the same time.
