Anyone else having trouble saving the PHQ-9 questionnaire to imported items and summary page. This was working fine after upgrade initially, but this week not working, not able to save to imported item or summary page. will contact IT support over lunch and give feedback.
Thanks

Do you have a template or are you trying to scan in a paper form?

Lane,
One of the coolest features of an upgrade I have ever seen is having the PHQ-9 under the Clinical Assessment button. I screen for depression with the PHQ2 and if + administer the PHQ-9. With the 9.1 upgrade AC has put into the Clinical Assessment section the PHQ-9. With what I call #ProjectedEHR http://www.healthcare-informatics.com/article/montana-one-physician-brings-ehr-bigger-screen I show the PHQ-9 on the wall mounted screen after clicking on the blue tab labelled PHQ-9 & my patient & I fill in the PHQ-9 questionnaire together.

Once completed the PHQ-9 can then be scored and saved automatically to the imported item section and the score and date under the summary page to be graphed over time to see change in score over time.

The problem I have is that I can still score the PHQ-9 but no longer able to save to imported item section or the summary page to view results over time.

I am working the tech support to see if they can get this flaw figured out, & hoping to have an answer soon, because this upgrade feature is very helpful.

Thanks Lane.

smile

Mine never saved even after the initial upgrade. Was looking forward to using it.

Got it fixed this am, thanks to Jereth with tech support. He was able to correct on his end, since I use the AC Cloud. However, he said if I used local server the correction would be in the AC Admin Service or the AC Reminder Service.

The ability to have the PHQ-9 so readily accessible and easily saved and tracked over time, is extremely helpful.

cool

If we have someone from AC on the Board, it would be useful to post the steps here, if it's doable by users. Otherwise, every one of us will have to contact tech support...

John,

Sorry, I tried to follow the fix, but didn't quite get the details. However, it has been working since this a.m.

Hello Everyone,

Looking into this issue, it seems to be caused by some of the Amazing Charts service. We have resolved it by restarting both the Amazing Charts admin service and the Amazing Reminders service. Please follow the steps below on how to do that:

1. In Windows click on start and search for services.msc in the search bar then open the windows services module (it will have the icon of two cogs).
2. Locate the Amazing Charts Admin services and right click on it, then select restart.
3. repeat step 2 for the amazing Reminders service.
4. Restart Amazing Charts and it should now work.

If you run into any issues preforming this fix, or if it does not work for you, please contact us at 866-382-5932, or join a live chat, and we can have a technician take a look.

Thank You,

Nick B.
