We are recording urine samples for our patient under "screening and tests" under the decision support tab. I can review the results under the "summary" tab. How do I print the results? They are required for prior authorizations for certain medications.
We were completing a form and scanning it in but this is a lot of wasted paper. Your help and advise is greatly appreciated!!
