We already have two practices calling this morning with unauthorized W10 upgrades, looking for us to roll them back/upgrade them to W7. One of them now has a broken Ethernet connection, Quickbooks is broken, and no one can reach AC because it is broken. Good news it happens to be a practice that is within driving distance of one of us.
