One of my partners just noticed that both Actinic Keratosis and Seborrheic Keratosis ICD10 codes are the same in AC L57.0.

The L57.0 should be AK

L82.0 should be SK, inflamed
L82.1 should be SK, other

Anyone else notice this?

There are lots of errors in the "common" descriptions of ICD-10 codes in the AC database. Also very frequent absence of the "official" ICD-10 code descriptions for individual codes. I end up going online to double check many of the codes. Clumsy, time consuming and irritating. Hope they are using a better code database in version 9, but not holding my breath.
