I have one nurse who has one patient chart that when she tries to access it she gets a message saying she's not authorized to view the chart and needs the system administrator to authorize access. Doesn't happen with any other nurse. Doesn't happen with other patient charts. Any ideas? And how would I "authorize" her to see that one chart?

It is a setting in the patient chart, on the demographics, to restrict chart access for a staff member.
