Tom, Yes,very nice when upgrades go well. Yes. I have been on AC in the cloud since 4/2015 and this is my 3rd or 4th upgrade on the cloud. Each one has been painless, just have to be logged off (no problem). The only minor glitch with this one I have noticed is I had to turn off the automatic lab imports. If a name doesn't match up then a multitude of inbox errors will show. But Monday will be a better test. I do like having the depression screening tool available, right clicking on diagnosis codes for links to lexicomp for patient handouts. Will have to play around with the reconciling feature more though, to get a feel for it. But if any issues arise will let you know.

If a name doesn't match up then a multitude of inbox errors will show dyspnea on exertion this is an annoyance for us too. Not sure if we need to talk to AC or LabCorp.

Jon, I just changed the lab import back to non automated, took care of it. I prefer to do this myself anyway, so works for my workflow.

Just got word that LabCorp is fixing this mid-May. Turn around on fixes seems to be much faster these days!

Tom, As a followup, near the end of the first day, busy to boot, AC upgrade performed exceptionally well. One minor glitch of getting the scanner to work correctly, but AC chat helped out & figured it was a local issue that our IT guy fixed easily, but no down time. I was able to do my screening PHQ-2 questions on patients & transition to the included PHQ-9 easily and with #ProjectedEHR approach the patient & I did this together on the wall mounted large screen quickly for appropriate management.\ Other helpful features, script writer with the # of days treatment, history searching etc. So one day into the upgrade, very pleased.
