Has anyone seen this? When I look in a patient's refill history occasionally it will say that a refill was done by "sa". We do not have anyone in our office by that name or initials. Any information would be great!

sa Is the system administrator. It means that AĆ tagged that particular transaction in the database as having been performed by the system the administrator. I don't know why that happens, I've seen it in my database. It is not that amazing charts is automatically refilling prescriptions for you. I'll bet you Bert knows
