I keep getting marketing emails from AC promoting the PM. From what I can tell on this board, it has been an unmitigated disaster. I would love to be contradicted about that. It seems unconscionable that they would continue to promote such an inferior product. It seems that the new AC is more concerned about marketing and sales than they are about producing a quality product. I sure miss Jon.

We will continue to use Medware (trusted and true since 1996 for us) as a standalone PM until I see a lot better reviews of AC.

Would love to use a combined product.
Just like I would love to be able to directly import files from other EHRs

This all seems so doable-- Why doesn't Facebook write an EHR? They have the entire world connected -- except the medical world.

Thanks for your Feedback @Bill, Tomastoria

We accept that it had been a rough start for us and we have had our share of ups and downs. We are working diligently to resolve customer issues and have made a very good progress. Our Practice Management customer base continues to grow daily, and all ?live? practices are submitting claims and getting paid with no issues. Our support team has grown and most tickets are resolved in under two hours. There have been many changes in the last year, all to make the AC Practice Management experience better. Here are some statistics:

1. Total # of submitted claims submitted in last 1 year were 95,302 with a dollar value of $21,475,455.
2. Less than 5% of all claims submitted to payers in 2015 were rejected or denied
3. New customer implementations have increased by 43% in last 3 months
4. For the same time frame our support calls have decreased by 15%

We also have a dedicated team from our product and engineering teams that will continue to improve our technology as we move forward.

I appreciate the comment from AC.
Maybe when v. 8 is stable and is combined with PM, I will consider.

Everyone is used to what we have now.
Something new would likely be very traumatic at this point.
