If you are contacting us today with regards to performance issues with the drug formulary or drug history, please be advised that our partner company has identified the issue, and are working on a resolution. In the meantime, Performance will be slow when checking drug history and the drug formulary, but you should still be able to transmit.
As soon as we have any updates, we will provide a update.
