Hello,
If you are contacting us today with regards to trouble in sending out electronic prescriptions and processing renewals, please be advised that our partner company has identified the issue.??They expect to have it resolved this weekend.??You may continue attempting to send out your prescriptions periodically throughout the weekend, as when it is resolved, the fix will be automatic.??We apologize for any effect this has on your practice.
Thanks,
Nick@AC

Can't e-prescribe if there is an ICD10 code at the top of the problem list:
We are still on v6.3.3 for all the reasons discussed in multiple previous threads. I add ICD10 codes as necessary to the AC code database thru the Add Code window. Works just fine, except if an ICD10 code makes it to the top of the "problem list" in the "summary sheet", then I get an error message when I try to "prescribe", and it won't send the prescription to the pharmacy.
If I remove the "problem" from the list (can't just "inactivate" it) -- then everything is fine again.
There doesn't seem to be any way to sort the "problems", and it is a mystery to me how any code arrives in any position in the "problem list".
I hope that as MU fades away, we will get some control over "problems"--like being able to sort and selectively remove them from the dropdown lists. That issue has also been widely discussed, and would greatly improve useability.
