Hi everyone,
I'm posting here because I think this is more than a Shoutbox issue.
We have had significant problems with eRx for the last 10 days. Many many scripts are stalled "pending." No pattern re: certain pharmacies, chain vs. independent, etc.
Most frustrating, no error message is generated.
Sometimes a repeat eRx will go through, sometimes it too is caught in the "pending"abyss.
Anyone else?

As of noon today, 16/34 sent today are pending.

We have a good 10-15 pending everyday this week as well but we haven't had any patients call to complain that the pharmacy didn't receive them. Today we did begin the day around 7am with a e-Rx outage and then it came back around 8:30am. Now around 12pm it is extremely slow. Prescription renewals are not coming in at all now, too.
Have you been able to talk with AC to figure out where the problem is? Or with Newcrop/Surescripts?

The "Pending" on the transaction page is apparently a known issue. So they may be listed as pending but they did go through. We have pendings from the last few days but none of the patients have called complaining.

Prescribing has been extremely slow. A.C. remoted onto my machine and things were behaving during that time. They said that they had problems with new crop but that had cleared up right before my phone call. Apparently that is not the case as things continue to be quite slow. Maybe I should be thankful that scripts are actually going through.

The above comments, that "pending" eRxs are going through, are most interesting.
We had a few "pendings" that did NOT go through, which starting the checking, and found all the other pendings. I assumed that none of the pending actually transmitted.
So now I can check "pending" and know nothing at all about them.....
