The time that our e-Rx states an Rx was sent is not accurate. For example: physician sends e-Rx at 11am, but it shows in the history as being sent at 3 or 4pm, even when it is not yet that time. Is there an easy fix to this?

I just noticed this too. We are on 8.2.2 and for us the time shows up correctly by going into E-prescribing > Prescription Status, from the Main AC window. However, when in the Prescription writer screen and then selecting ePrescribing > Transaction Status Page..the time logs are behind 1 hour. Mildly annoying now that you brought it up. Surprising that its a 4 hour difference for you. My gripe is still with the disappearing pharmacy destination under "Sent To" and the ambiguous "Success" and "Verified" statuses. P.S. Sorry I couldn't find a fix.
