There is a refill in the counter that for some reason will not clear. I tried authorizing the refill, tried denying the refill and it just times out and is stuck there. Anyone have this issue or a solution?

Using the database tuner has worked for me in the past.

It's not that there's a refill listed that isn't there. Just this one patient's refill won't clear out at all (whether I authorize it or deny it), it's still listed there. It hangs only stating "Sending refill requests, please wait".
I tried the tuner but that didn't help

Marty, I would contact Amazing Charts Guardian Angel support to help run a program from their end. This has happened to me before. I do not think that there was anything that I could do to fix it. Let us know what you find out.

Mel,
GA support contacted me. They logged in and the only thing he did different was "Deny and write new prescription" and that cleared it out. Funny because I had tried denying it, approving it and that didn't clear it out but doing the above did. Feel dumb because that's the only thing I didn't try.
