I am fairly certain that I remember hearing either at the Amazing Academy I recently went to, or on a recent training webinar, that there is a way to make a note on a certain day's schedule if you need everyone to be able to see it. For example, if my nurse needs to leave at a certain time on a certain day I thought there was a way to "post" a note somewhere on that day's schedule where it could/would be seen by everyone when they access the schedule in AC or ACPM.

Does anyone have any idea what I'm referring to? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
Kris

Kris,
Open the schedule in day view, right click on header with the provider's name. A box will open where you can type a comment. Hit OK. That note will now be at the top of the schedule in yellow. We find this feature very useful.
