Anyone having an issue with this Menu item? I missed the part in fine print where it says you must have signed up within 60 days of the start of the EHR reporting period. We are a specialty and don't even have anything to submit but I guess we have to submit a test patient?

MU requirement is to submit data to at least two registries.
As a 1st step you will need to check with your state to see if there is a Surveillance registry setup and then the next step is if it can accept data from Amazing Chart. If the answer is no, then you can plan on claiming a waiver. If both of the above criteria are true ,then registration within 60-day requirement kicks in.
You can always claim the hardship if all else fails.
Thanks aramiz

Is anyone claiming an exclusion for all 3 measures on the public health reporting? We are neurology and do not do immunizations, American Academy of Neurology registry won't be ready until 2017, and Michigan Syndromic Surveillance system is longer accepting from non urgent care centers. I was told by someone at Amazing Charts that you can claim an exclusion for all 3 measures. Just double checking on that. It seems the rules change so much I can't seem to keep up with what the latest is.
