W10, as an operating system, will function just fine with AC.
W10 has been known to do some things to an AC install, but the reports of that are limited.

I am having errors while writing scripts, letters, sometimes logging in or logging out and with Midmark ECG since we upgraded all of our office PCs to Windows 10 pro. AC support blames the problem on PCs. Has anyone encountered any such issues? Any fix?
