Hi,
I have been having problems making reports--specifically, I would like to make a Daily Schedule Report to include everyone who is going to be seen on a certain day--including their demographics [Date of Service, Name, DOB, age, Insurance, reason for visit]--with a single page devoted to each individual. This would help me to do a quick SuperBill for that Date of Service and give me room to add any quick notes that I need to add for that Date of Service [for billing, charting, office staff ]. Is this possible ? So far, I have not been able to do this. AHA [Any Help Appreciated].

Thanks

Hi Dr Dinosaur.

I believe what you are looking for is an encounter sheet. You can print these for the day. Here are the steps:

1) Click on the schedule button at the top of the main AC screen
2) Click on your name at the top of the schedule to change to Detailed View
3) Click "File on the top left of the main screen
4) Select "Print Schedule Info" then "All Encounter Sheets for this Schedule"

This will create a header for an encounter sheet with the patients Demographics, encounter date, and insurance information.

I hope this helps.

Is there any way to export that header demographic info to a word file?

Kind of, but the formatting is a bit off. Once you follow the steps above, the headers will open in a print preview window. There are 2 buttons at the top of the window. One is for print, the other is an export. You can export them, but only in either HTML or TXT file format. Both are open able by word, but the formatting looks different.
