Been a while since I have seen it done, but it comes down to downloading a file at the end of the day, then uploading that file into EZ Claims.
Like all non-fully integrated systems, there are two areas of work:
<>Moving info from/to AC and from/to the billing platform
<>information flow from/to the billing platform and from/to the gateway
Some platforms do it better than others, a few do it well.

Hello Frank,
I'm guessing that you are looking for some specific directions. Although I have not done it for a while, I recall that the process is very straightforward. My biller does it for me when she logs into the main computer remotely. We are on Amazing Charts 8.2.4 and EZ Claim Premier. Contact EZ Claim and they should be able to walk you through it within 5 or 10 min.
