A local provider using AC sent me a Patient record (CCD) via Updox!
How/Can I merge this data (demographics, meds, lab reults) into the patients chart?

My local hospital is going start sending CCDs via updox direct mail address. I have the same question what should we do with it?

Hi Dino, First download the document from updox to a location on your computer that you can easily access (I recommend a folder on your desktop). Once the CCD is there, open Amazing Charts and go to "File - Import/Export - Import PHI". Hit the "Select File" option at the top and then browse for the CCD. If the patient exists in your DB, the importer will match it. If not, then select "Add as new patient" and select "Import and Reconcile Now". Here is a video that walks you through the process: PHI Import

Hi Mark,
It appears the attachment should be a .xml, however, the message I received was sent as a direct message with CCD info as a .txt attachment.
