Sorry to have to revisit the topic yet again...

Any suggestions? Anything out there that actually interfaces *smoothly* and works?

Gianni,

Our clients use several different interfaces, that have varying degrees of integration and automation.

Are you looking to keep your current PM?

Our current PM is outdated and clunky, and it doesn't interface at all.

Gianni,

I asked some questions in the other thread, but if you want to talk through your options, you can fill out the contact form on our website, and I'll get you a call.

I'll venture in here. Was still using Lytec 2007 which is a good program but facing an upgrade and didn't want to mess with x-link for integration nor do we want double entry.

Wanted desperately to give ACPM a try as it should be integrated and beautiful. But instead we have implemented Kareo since Oct 1. Forced by icd-10 and limited by ACPMs lack of product maturity.

Kareo takes a bit of getting used to, but it seems to work fine so far. It integrates with AC for billing - encounters are generated after every signoff with cpt, icd10. + demographics are sent from AC to Kareo. One can also use Kareo schuduler but elected to stick with ACs scheduler.

Private message me for more questions. I don't want to tread on ACPM too much. Indeed I hope it evolves and is a robust enough product to use in the future. All things being equal I'd prefer to support ACs product and therefore help to ensure a good EHR.

Thanks to all.

We are a small outfit: one provider and one location.
