Is there any way to auto-save whatever we type??
When completing my notes I always use "Enlarge text box" and navigate through the various sections.
Too often, I have completed a detailed HPI or Assessment to quickly lose it by selecting the next section on the left hand side instead of selecting "Update" on the bottom of the screen.
Is there anyway to prevent this?

Use tab key takes you from text box to the [update. And goto next section] button. Then press enter or space bar. The mouse is not always your friend.

That seems a silly feature that it doesn't save when you move to the next box. Likewise, many programs require you to press Update when you change settings to have them take effect. (Side note: I appreciate the small things that programmers work on - Apple preferences just change "live" while you click the boxes.) I wish AC would change this small thing to keep from losing a section of notes.
I really appreciate the tip @Nephros as this is much faster... I've been click clicking with the mouse.
