Does anyone know how to clear the entire E-prescribe inbox without having to click on each individual request?
My search hasn't found anything.

Dear Koby,

If you mean the refills screen then look in the top left there is box to check or uncheck all. If you are not seeing it let me know. crich@amazingcharts.com

no that doesn't work when there are many items and to deny them reasons are needed so every one needs to be entered individually
I want a method to wipe the my e-prescribe slate clean

Koby,

The way to clear the numbers on the renewals is to run the "Database Tuner." That clears the number for a while and then you have to do it again.

Koby,

Can you be more clear. I thought you meant the Active meds in the ePrescribe window. But, it sounds like refills? Sorry, just dumb (me) I guess.

Do you mean this window:

(sorry there are no refills there)

or this one:

(I made these up -- I didn't think the name George Washington would be enough to give that away)

Please don't get mad at me! I am just suggesting that you add a picture to your question for stupid people like me. smile
