Well, I used AC support for the second time ever. I may be lucky, but I got right through, received a call from John Erikson in under 15 minutes, and the problem was solved in 15 minutes.
Oh, and I should say he remoted in and spoke with my biller, and it was fixed in no time. I should also say that it was....umm....err.... my fault

Hey Bert,
I had an issue with my backup and sent an email to amazing charts on Tuesday morning of this week. I got an email that my message was received and I too got a phone call in about 13 minutes. They fixed my issue in less than 10 minutes.

Marty, why don't I make a thread that has the fastest times for the Angels. And, every time one gets the fastest time, I move them to the top. I think we are going about this all wrong. We are complaining when we should be praising. Now, my issue wasn't nearly as crucial as what a lot of others have been.
Also, it may make sense if AC had a form you emailed or told them over the phone which details your network, what computers, what processors and memory what switch, router, server. Which version of AC of your OS, etc.
