Hello, this is my first post and I hope I can get some assistance. We just upgraded to 8.2.2 last week and we have had trouble with our new patient codes: 99203 and 99202 stating "no effective usual charge found for procedure: 99203 or 99202". I have checked both to make sure there is a charge for both of the procedure codes and they are there as well as both are in the system. I am not getting them to transfer from AC over to PM. Can anyone help?
Thanks DermGirl

you should be able to add the charge by clicking on that field and changing the 0 to whatever amount you bill. then system will prompt you to allow change. hope this helps

DermGirl, welcome to the user board. This sounds like it is a practice management issue, so if you don't get the answers you seek here, you might try posting in the PM forum which is supposedly monitored more closely by AC's staff. You could also email the PM manager directly.
