I got a private message from someone at AC but the message also says the user is deleted.

As stated in the PM, he is the new guy in charge of ACPM implementations. It looks like AC is making a serious effort to improve customer service in certain areas, and this is one of them. Why not give him a call?

Well he wrote the PM 3 weeks ago so maybe he is gone from AC, but more likely he is just deleted as a user from the board here.

I agree. Curious why he would be a deleted user. turnover? At the time I was trying to use ACPM, but I decided against it. I have not logged in for a while since I was busy. It would not have changed my mind about ACPM and further comments from people going through the process makes me feel I made the right decision. If you are still around, please call me at my office Monday. I will be happy to give you my two cents. AC should have my number.

This employee was deleted from the user board for reasons I should not divulge. I chose to leave the posts since they may have been both useful and important to the flow of the thread.

I have edited the above posts to protect his or her privacy and status with AC.

In the future, it would probably be more helpful for you to just PM me. A) I generally check the board daily, and B) I likely have a better chance at answering your question.
