We are using AC version 8.2.4 on windows 10 pro PCs. It happens very frequently that when prescription screen opens up , the bar at the top looks maroon and there is a policeman logo n the screen. If I try to prescribe a medicine, AC crashes. I usually open and close the prescription screen a few times and the error goes away.
The other issue which is more annoying is that when a user logs off, a bug screen pops up and AC crashes. We have spent hours with AC support and the problem has persisted. This happens more often with the 6th AC user. We have 5 regular uses and they do not get any error message but when we use the 6th user, it happens most of the time as they log out. Any other users have experienced something similar or have any ideas / suggestions?

That is the incognito icon in Chrome browser - that may be the problem!

Seems you and I have the same issue with AC crashing after a user logs out. I don't know why this happens. This is what I've gotten.

Thank you for posting the screen shot. Exactly, this is it. Initially AC support said the Sql server needed to be upgraded to 64 bit, they did that but it keeps happening.
And I am not sure about the maroon shade on top bar of the prescription screen on client computers. It wastes a lot of time restarting AC every time AC crashes.

I do not get the above message, but ever since my laptop and one workstation has been upgraded to Windows 10 AC stops working occasionally on the workstation and more often on the laptop. It seems it happens when using the Rx screen. I am using version 8.2.4. The message is usually the boxed windows message that states that amazing charts EHR has stopped working and windows is trying o find a solution to the problem. It is very annoying because it happens when you are with the patient and have to restart AC.Maybe the same problem?
