For years (before the Lab interfaces) to remove the clutter of imported items from the inbox, I go Admin Options > Tools > Imported items: Signoff all imported items > Do you want to include Lab and Radiology imported items? (Here I would say 'Yes" by default as there was no lab interface and all the imported items were faxes that I had already reviewed. Now with the lab interface I have 'signed off' on many labs by habit in a hurry. I believe it is time for these two options to be separated. Or if anyone has any other ideas...

Zak,
I don't you use option to sign off all imported items for fear of missing something. AC looks at the board but I would suggest you send them a formal request through the "Help" then "recommend improvements" in Amazing Charts
