There was a shout from another user with this issue and I am seeing it a lot. On SOME of my former smokers or current smokers when I open the chart the social history shows smoking but deletes all other details (drug use, alcohol, etc.) If I correct it and save at the next visit when I reopen the chart it is gone again. It is not obvious that it has been erased because there are 2 lines about smoking history and date so the box doesn't look empty.

We are on 9.0 and our Social History is being dropped from the chart not only between visits but, the history is being dropped after the chart is forwarded. We are scheduled for a 9.1 upgrade in July. Will the upgrade fix this problem?

I'm scheduled for an upgrade to 9.x in July. I'm starting to wonder if this is a wise choice at this time. Is it still in Beta, and if so, why are they advising an upgrade?
